Areas of cooperation discussed

On January 20, 2022, representatives of the Center for energy and resource efficient technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan (Russia) visited Navoi machine-building plant of “NMMC” JSC.

The delegation headed by the deputy director of the center Shamil Bayramov was in units of the plant, got acquainted in detail with the work processes carried out at the enterprise and practical work to increase production capacity.

With the participation of the plant’s specialists, a presentation of the “Lean production” technology project developed by russian specialists took place. It was noted that this project is aimed at increasing labor productivity at enterprises, identifying and eliminating losses and excessive costs when using raw materials.

At the event sides exchanged views on important areas for further cooperation at Navoi machine-building plant.
