Festive event in Navoi

On August 31, there was held a festive event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan by the initiative of Navoi mining and metallurgical combinat at the "Sogdiana" stadium in Navoi city. Employees of the enterprise, members of their families, residents and guests of the city took part in the celebration.

There was held an exhibition of books and works by pupils of the Center for children's creativity of the Palace of culture "Farhad" at the entrance to the "Sogdiana" stadium.

At the beginning of the festive celebration, the chairman of the Council of the NMMC Trade union I. Rakhmatov made a speech, who sincerely congratulated everyone on the 30th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

A saturated concert program prepared by the Palace of culture "Farhad", performances of representatives of the sports club "Sogdiana", performers and creative teams gave all the spectators gathered at the stadium a festive mood.

The festive event ended with colorful fireworks.
