International conference is being held at Navoi State Mining and Technology University

On April 18-19, Navoi State Mining and Technology University is hosting the V international conference on the topic “Integrated innovative development of Zarafshan region: achievements, challenges and prospects”.

The international conference is attended by scientists from leading universities and representatives of foreign companies from Germany, Russia, Kazakhstan and other countries. Representatives of JSC Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company are also participating among them.

Chairman of the Board - General Director of the company Kuvandik Sanakulov made a report at the plenary session of the conference.

The conference received more than 400 scientific articles and abstracts in the areas of geology, geotechnology and mining, mineral processing and chemical technology, mechanical engineering, instrument making and automation, energy, alternative energy sources, agricultural and environmental engineering, industrial economics and the history of the industrial heritage of the region.
