The company’s specialists improve their qualifications

In order to improve the qualifications of employees of JSC Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company, cooperation has been established with republican higher educational institutions, national and foreign training centers.

In particular, at the company’s Training Center in Zarafshan city, representatives of the Institute for Advanced Training of Mining and Geological Industry Employees are conducting a ten-day training course on promoting legislation.

As part of this training course, more than 20 specialists from HR departments of Central Mining Administration and Zarafshan Construction Department of JSC NMMC improve their legal knowledge and practical skills on the topic “From theory to practice under the new Labor Code”.
