To date, JSC Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company is conducting large-scale work to develop human resources and create a modern system in this area, create a transparent mechanism for selecting candidates and an open mechanism for evaluating the performance of employees.
By the initiative of the HR Development Department there was held the conference dedicated to the results of the first stage of transformation in the direction of "Personnel training and development" at the Office of NMMC. The event was attended by the management of the company, specialists and employees of the enterprise's units.
Deputy Director General for personnel and administrative affairs K.Taparov noted the importance of changes for each employee and the need to take into account international experience in the field of HR development.
At the conference, representatives of the mining administrations and units of the company presented the results of the work of the working group and further plans for changing processes, introducing new ones and their digitalization.
The result of the conference was the involvement and informing of managers about the changes being implemented to improve the efficiency of both personnel and production as a whole.
