Training of qualified personnel is an important task

Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company uses a systematic approach to training, teaching, retraining and improving skills of personnel. In particular, there are 5 training centers of the company in Navoi, Zarafshan, Uchkuduk cities and Zarkent town which specialize in training highly qualified personnel.

To date, the training center, located in Zarafshan city, is carrying out large-scale work on professional training, retraining and improving skills of employees in Central mining administration. The training center, which has about 50 employees, organizes 225 special courses and 123 advanced training courses. In 2022, more than 5.5 thousand employees underwent retraining, training in a second specialty and improved their qualifications in this center. 13 highly qualified production masters and engineers are involved in the educational process.

Also the training center organizes training of heads in various prestigious institutes and republican training centers. Last year, a group of specialists of Central mining administration improved their qualifications at the Research Institute for Standardization, Certification and Technical Regulation, the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship and other institutions.

The essence of these works is that the company is forming a reserve of engineering personnel, increasing labor efficiency, and improving the well-being of the employees.
