Biography:

Born in 1957.

Graduated from the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute in 1979. Doctor of technical science, professor, Hero of Uzbekistan.

Labor activity:

1979-1994 – worked in various positions in “Uzbekzoloto” Production Association, the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Precious Metals, the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for State Property Management.

1994-1997 – chief expert of the secretariat, head of sector, chief specialist of Industrial Development Complex of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1997-1999 – khokim of Galyaaral district of Jizzakh region.

1999-2007 – production director, technical director, director general - chairman of the Management Board in “Almalyk MMC” JSC.

2007-2008 – the deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2008-2021 – director general of “Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combinate” State Enterprise.

2021-present – chairman of the Management Board – Director General of “Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company” Joint-Stock Company.

2014-2022 – part-time rector of the Navoi State Mining Institute.

2022-present – chairman of the Governing council for coordinating the activities of the Navoi State Mining and Technology University.
