Born in 1953.

Graduated from the Krasnoyarsk State University in 1978.   

Labor activity: 

1979-1983 – officer of justice of Navoi Construction Department.

1983-1987 – employee of justice of Mining administration-5 of Leninabad mining and chemical combinate.

1987-1993 – judge of the People’s court of Navoi city.

1993-2001 – head of department, counselor of justice of the 1st category of Navoi Construction Department.

2001-2004 – legal adviser of the 1st category of legal department of the board of the concern "Kyzylkumredmetzoloto".

2004-2021 – legal adviser of the 1st category of legal bureau, head of legal department of the State enterprise "Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combinate".

2021-present – head of legal department of “Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company” Joint-Stock Company.
