Born in 1982.

Graduated from the National University of Uzbekistan in 2006, the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia in 2008.

2003-2006 – clerk of the common department, computer operator of the automated systems department of the Medical and sanitary department of “Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combinate” State Enterprise.

2006-2008 – student of the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.

2008-2014 – legal adviser of the legal department of the Office, legal adviser of the Central Geological Prospecting Party, legal adviser of the 2nd category, legal adviser of the 1st category of the legal service of the United Energy Service of “Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combinate” State Enterprise.

2014-2015 – trainee lawyer at the law firm “Khudoyberdiev” in Navoi city.

2015-2017 – managing director of the law office “LEX-NAVOIY” in Navoi city.
