Biography:

Born in 1967.

Graduated from the Tashkent State University in 1991. Candidate of historical sciences, docent.  

Labor activity:

1991-2003 – assistant, trainee researcher of the Department of Political history, assistant, docent, head of the Department of History of Uzbekistan at the Bukhara Technological Institute of Food and Light Industry.

2003-2015 – head of the Department of Social sciences, vice-rector for spiritual and moral educational work of the Navoi State Mining Institute. 

2015-2021 – leading engineer for spiritual and educational work of the personnel department of the Personnel administration of “Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combinate” State Enterprise, advisor to the general director on improving the efficiency of spiritual and educational work, ensuring compliance with legislative acts on the state language.

2021-present – director for public relations, press secretary – adviser on information policy of chairman of the Management Board – Director General of “Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company” Joint-Stock Company.
