Today, it is important to introduce a new information technology system to control the execution of legislative documents and tasks aimed at strengthening the personal responsibility of managers and employees in the timely and high-quality organization of the execution of legislative documents and ensuring the effective functioning of the unified electronic system “ijro.gov.uz”.
In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 10, 2021, and the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 31, 2021, legislative documents and other controlled tasks are fully implemented through the system “Ijro.gov.uz” in the Joint Stock Company Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company.
The effective use of this system, the constant analysis and discussion of issues of ensuring the strength of the performance discipline in the company, the effective organization of labor serves to increase responsibility and accountability.
Recently, the results of the first half of the year and the state of tasks in July in terms of performing discipline were discussed in an analytical and critical spirit at a meeting chaired by the director for administrative affairs of JSC NMMC – deputy chairman of the standing working commission for rerforming discipline N. Dzhulibekov.
During the discussion, it was noted that each leader should look at the issue of performance discipline in terms of personal responsibility and responsibility for the quality execution of each regulatory document and assignment.
