The Collective agreement of “NMMC” JSC for 2022-2024 was adopted

On June 14, there was held a conference of the labor collective of “Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company” Joint-Stock Company at the Palace of culture “Farkhad” in Navoi city. The conference discussed the implementation of the Collective agreement in 2021, the adoption of the Collective agreement for 2022-2024 and other issues.

The reports of the Chairman of the Management Board – Director General of “NMMC” JSC K. Sanakulov and the Chairman of the Council of the Trade Union I. Rakhmatov on the results of the implementation of the Collective agreement in 2021 were heard.

The reports focused on the implementation of the tasks set in the Collective agreement, the work done in the social and economic spheres, the results achieved and plans for the future.

Informations ware heard from the Deputy General Director for personnel and administrative issues K. Taparov on the act of bilateral verification of the implementation of the Collective agreement of Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company in 2021, the protocols of the Central commission on amendments and additions to the draft Collective agreement of the company, the director for labor protection A. Tursunov on the state of accidents at work and the adoption of an agreement on labor protection in 2022.

The conference also considered the adoption of the Collective agreement for 2022-2024 and amendments to the Internal labor regulations of “NMMC” JSC.

Head of group of Hydrometallurgical plant-3 group D. Khazratkulova, head of section of Hydrometallurgical plant-2 F. Khalimov and deputy chief engineer of Southern mining administration E. Musurmonov also spoke.

According to the final decision, the delegates of the conference recognized the work of the administration of the company and the Trade Union Council in the implementation of the Collective agreement in 2021 as satisfactory, unanimously adopted a new version of the Collective agreement of “NMMC” JSC for 2022-2024.
