The winners of the contest “The best rationalization proposal” were awarded
On April 22, 2022, there was held an awards ceremony for the winners of the contest “The best rationalization proposal” held in 2021 among young employees of “Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company” Joint-Stock Company at the museum “NMMC’s history” in Navoi city.
The event was attended by director for innovative development of “NMMC” JSC K. Dadabaev, chairman of the Council of youth leaders of NMMC S. Radjabov, who sincerely congratulated the winners of the contest and also spoke about the work carried out by the company in this area and plans for the future.
The commission of the contest “The best rationalization proposal” received 146 rationalization proposals from 115 participants, which determined the winners in 8 directions.
In particular, the winners of the best rationalization proposals in the following areas were:
- “Geology” – head of the Central laboratory of gamma activation analysis of the Muruntau mine of Central mining administration Alisher Kuldoshov;
- “Mining” – deputy chief engineer for mining operations of the Auminzo-Amantoy mine of Central mining administration Azizjon Nazhmiddinov and deputy chief engineer for mining operations of Northern mining administration Nuriddin Kamolov;
- “Technology for the extraction of gold” – deputy head of the Technological unit-1 of Mining administration “HMP-1” Boburjon Khakimov;
- “Mechanics” – engineer-constructor of the Department of innovative technologies of Navoi machine-building plant Dilshot Yusupov;
- “Energy” – senior foreman of the electrical department of Mining administration “HMP-1” Azimjon Pulatov;
- “Transport” – head of the Laboratory for testing gas cylinders of cars of car base-9 of Central mining Administration Zavkiddin Ziyotov;
- “Automation of production” – mechanic of the section of instrumentation and automation of Mining administration “HMP-1” Alisher Avezov and engineer of the Central laboratory of instrumentation and automation of Northern mining administration Azamat Isamov;
- “Information and communication technologies” – engineer-programmer of the Center for information and communication technologies of Northern mining administration Zukhriddin Mustafoev.
The winners of the contest were awarded with diplomas and monetary awards.
