Interesting facts from the history of NMMC

On March 28, 2017, during the visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Navoi region, the construction of Hydrometallurgical Plant-5 was launched on the basis of the Auminzo-Amantoy mine. In 2021, the plant with a processing capacity of 5 million tons of sulphide and oxide ore per year was put into operation.

The uniqueness of the plant is that it uses a completely new technology that has no analogues in the world, namely the technology of gold extraction based on oxygen-lime oxidation. The production processes at the plant are fully automated, a digital production system has been created.
