To date, the experience of “Navoiy Mining and Metallurgical Company” Joint-Stock Company is widely used - the “take in tow” mechanism, which provides support for business entities in the development and submission of design and technological documentation, the provision of technical advice and practical assistance, as well as the development of new types of imported goods in the form of joint bringing the quality of products to the required level.
The introduction of the "take in tow" mechanism was launched two years ago. As a result of effective work with them, the activities of many enterprises have expanded. Thus, the production volumes of the production and commercial enterprise "Hydro Stanko Service" and LLC "Navpromlitmash" increased several dozen times. Also, new enterprises, such as LLC “Asia-Gormash”, LLC “Karmana Gold Mine”, LLC “Ikhlas Electric”, LLC “Karmana Sharkona Invest”, acquire their place in the economy. Since then, reactor mixers, blades, vibrating feeders, filter screens, cylindrical sieves, filter plates, electric and drying ovens, new types of air filters, drilling equipment, shutoff valves, lighting equipment have been mastered at the facilities of these enterprises.
On March 15, 2022, there was held a practical seminar at Navoi machine-building plant with the participation of large manufacturing entrepreneurs from Navoi city and Kyzyltepa district. At the seminar, chairman of the Management Board – director general of NMMC JSC K. Sanakulov presented plans for the development of the "take in tow" mechanism. By the end of this year, it is planned to develop, together with business entities, "Road maps" for the development of new types of import-substituting products. To date, 10 enterprises have been involved in the “take in tow” mechanism, and in accordance with the measures provided for in “Road maps”, by the end of 2022 their number will be doubled.
