Member of the Management Board of “NMMC” JSC in the annual Top-40 rating managers under 40

 

The nationwide movement “Yuksalish” together with the Institute for Social and Economic Initiatives has formed the annual Top 40 rating of managers under 40. Chief legal adviser, member of the Management Board of “Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company” Joint-Stock Company Milana Khaitova was included in this rating for the first time.

As noted, the announced rating was formed in two stages. At the first stage, experts from civil society, analytical centers and the media evaluated the performance of managers in achieving strategic goals and objectives in their field. When compiling the list of applicants, education, recognition of leaders among the public, activity in social networks, their level of participation and influence on the reform agenda, as well as personal and professional achievements were taken into account. At the second stage, the voting of experts from different fields took place. More than 60 candidates who made it to the final round, the Top 40 executives under 40 were selected, who received the most expert votes.
