Employment of the population of a remote area is provided

In “Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company” Joint-Stock Company special attention is paid to the creation of new work places, employment of the local population living in areas where the enterprises of units are located.

There are being carried out a number of works to develop road transport and engineering and communication infrastructure at the enterprises of Central mining administration. In particular, a new 12.5-kilometer railway has been laid from the “Ajibugut” quarry to Hydrometallurgical plant-5, on which work is underway to maintain it. This will make it possible to transport gold-bearing ore by rail from the “Ajibugut quarry” to HMP-5.

Deputy of the Kanimex district Kengash of people’s deputies, chairman of the aul gathering of citizens “Karak-ata” N. Serikbaev  appealed to the administration of Central mining administration with a proposal to provide employment for the unemployed from among the local population for the maintenance of this railway section. As a result, 7 citizens were retrained as railway fitters and were hired by Railway transport department.
