A new electronic program will be introduced

There was held a training seminar in the format of a video selector on the theme of further improvement of executive discipline, advanced training of employees with the participation of heads of units, heads of offices, responsible employees, at the Head Office  of “NMMC” JSC. The seminar was chaired by deputy General director for personnel and administrative issues of company K. Taparov.

Executive discipline plays an important role in organizing effective work for each subject. The new system of activities, the introduction of modern information and communication technologies will ensure office work, execution and control of documents.

As noted at the event, starting from 2022, it is planned to introduce a new system of performing discipline at NMMC. It has its own important modern conveniences. These include aspects ranging from the receipt of incoming correspondence to its final execution and removal from control.

Experts, based on practical examples and visual aids, provided the participants of the seminar with detailed explanations on the use of the new electronic program, control over execution and maintenance of control charts.

At the end of the seminar, the participants received answers to all their questions on some problems that arise in practice, including on issues of executive discipline, and also listened to the opinions of experts.
