There is the monocenter “Welcome to work!” in Navoi city

Under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, special attention is paid to ensuring the employment of the population as the most important condition for solving social problems in our country. Based on this there is organized the monocenter “Welcome to work!” in Navoi city.

The tasks of the team of this monocenter include training the unemployed and low-income citizens in income-generating modern professional and entrepreneurial skills. Currently, the population is being trained in professions in demand on the labor market, the basics of entrepreneurship and foreign languages. Educational classrooms of the monocenter, built taking into account innovative needs and world standards, are equipped with the latest equipment. Here 3400 people study in various professions a year. Today, the monocenter provides training courses in 32 types of professions and directions, such as a male and female hairdresser, beautician, pastry chef, nanny, massage therapist, seamstress, cook, welder, plumber, electrician, bricklayer, plasterer and painter, repair of household appliances, car service and repair, work with aluminum and plastic profiles, furniture manufacturing and repair, computer literacy, Russian, English, Korean, Japanese languages, entrepreneurship fundamentals.

In the future, the monocenter plans to conduct training in computer design programs, hydroponics, driving in various categories and jewelry. Its graduates are issued a state-recognized certificate equal to the level of a diploma of secondary specialized vocational education.

70% of training at the monocenter is practical, and 30% is theoretical. It is planned to establish cooperation with local and foreign industrial enterprises. Also, depending on the needs of manufacturing enterprises, there is an opportunity to improve the qualifications of their employees. The monocenter is especially important in training workers for the free economic zones that are being created, assisting citizens included in the "Iron", "Women", "Youth" notebooks in obtaining a profession, supporting people who want to do business.

NMMC has taken measures to effectively organize the work of the monocenter from the new year, revise training programs with the relevant employees of NMMC. Taking into account the needs of large enterprises and the creation of new work places, training will be organized for operators of complex equipment, technologists, miners, laboratory assistants and in other areas in the field of high technologies, as well as practical assistance will be provided in organizing the internship for students of the monocenter in their specialization in the NMMC’s units.
