There were held solemn events to celebrate May 9 – the Day of remembrance and honor, as well as the 76th anniversary of the great Victory in World War II in our country. On this day, with the participation of the general public there was held a flower-laying ceremony at the foot of the "Grieving mother" monument in the Karmana district. Representatives of Navoi mining and metallurgical combinat also took part in this event.
