Contests winners awarded

On April 30, the museum “NMMC’s history” hosted an awarding ceremony for the winners of contests “The best rationalization proposal of the year”, “IT Challenge”, “The best leader of the primary organization of the year”, which were held among young employees of Navoi mining and metallurgical combinat.

Deputy chief engineer of NMMC for innovative development K. Dadabaev, head of the Administration of Information and communication technologies B. Davlatov, chairman of the Council of youth leaders S. Rajabov made speeches at the event, who sincerely congratulated the winners of contests.

Next, the winners of contests in 2020 were announced.

So, last year there were received 141 rationalization proposals from 113 participants for the contest “The best rationalization proposal of the year”. The winners were identified in 9 areas. In particular, in areas of “Geology” the best became head of mining bureau of the “Muruntau” mine of Central mining administration Zokhid Omonov, “Mining” – deputy chief engineer of the “Eastern” mine of Northern mining administration for mining Nuriddin Kamolov, “Technology for the extraction of gold” – deputy head of production and technical department of the Hydrometallurgical plant №3 of Northern mining administration Shakhobiddin Akhmedov, “Geotechnology” – electromechanic of the “Sabirsay” mine’s site of Southern mining administration Laziz Mavlonov, “Mechanics” – engineer-constractor of Northern mining administration Farrukh Makhkamov, “Energetics” – electrician of Networks and substations department Yuriy Lyoshkin, “Transport” – head of site of car base №9 of Central mining administration Zavkiddin Ziyotov, “Automation of production” – engineer-electronic of Central laboratory of instrumentation and automation of Mining administration №5 Hayotzhon Izatullayev, “Information and communication technologies” – engineer-software of Center for information and communication technologies of Northern mining administration Jonibek Safarov.

Also in 2020, the contest “IT Challenge” was held for the first time among the youth of NMMC, in which 20 participants aged 18 to 35 years old presented 21 projects. According to its results, in the nomination “Projects implemented in 2020” the honorable 1st place was taken by engineer-software of Northern mining administration Jonibek Safarov and in the nomination “New projects” the winner was engineer of Central project bureau Shokhrukh Khasanov.

In addition, leader of youth of Northern mining administration Farrukh Abdimuminov was recognized as the best in the contest “The best leader of the primary organization of the year” and leader of the Geotechnical mine of Northern mining administration Alisher Niyazov was named “The best leader of the youth of the year on a volunteer basis”.

The winners of the contests were awarded with diplomas, monetary awards and valuable gifts.
