Method of cobalt desorption from gold-bearing resin

The invention relates to non-ferrous metallurgy.

The distinctive feature of this invention is cobalt desorption at certain temperature using sodium cyanide of specific concentration containing alkali.

Additional treatment of resin before returning to sorption process is excluded, and thus cobalt desorption technology is simplified. As a result, desorption of cobalt from resin reaches > 85%.
