Zinc desorption method

The proposed method differs by the fact that after desorption of gold from resin, zinc is washed in the caustic soda solution. This method allows to avoid the accumulation of zinc in resin, therefore, use resin for a longer time.

This method provides steady low residual zinc capacities and eliminates the accumulation of the latter in the sorption process.
