The invention relates to the field of metallurgy and, in particular, to exploration of nickel-based alloys used for surfacing and spattering of machine workpiece surfaces working in friction conditions.
Phosphorus of certain concentration is added to improve self-fluxing and antifriction properties and conformability to the proposed alloy (Cr, B, Si, C, Ni).
Alloy performance capacity – 120 hours (before scratching). Wear of cams with surfacing from the proposed alloy is 0.01 mm per 100 hours, tappet wear – 0.015 mm. Tappet ends after testing have clean and lapped face.
The invention is covered by Inventors Certificate No.448244. Know-how is available.
