NMMC Boosts Operational Efficiency at HMP-3

As part of NMMC’s Operational Efficiency Program, significant improvements are being made at Hydrometallurgical Plant No. 3 in the Northern Mining Administration.

Using lean manufacturing tools, teams from the Transformation Division and the Plant analyzed the capital repair process in the mill workshop, introduced corrective actions, and identified optimization opportunities.

As a result, they developed a new experimental repair schedule, designed to minimize downtime and improve performance during major repairs. This initiative aligns with our commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
