A regular meeting of Transformation Steering Committee was held in NMMC

The discussion highlighted the interim results achieved in the key areas on which the company's transformation agenda is currently being implemented, including operational efficiency, digitalization, organizational development and sustainability (ESG agenda).

The meeting also presented the results of joint activities implemented in the company with the expertise of Boston Consulting Group (BCG), including digital solutions in the operational management of key processes and increased transparency of production indicators.

The agenda outlines the priorities of new activities to be implemented within the framework of the shareholder expectations presented by Uzassets JSC. All measures highlighted today in the Company are focused on increasing production volumes, efficient use of resources, introduction of best international practices to ensure investment attractiveness and recognition of NMMC in the global market as a leading mining company.

The Transformation Steering Committee is charged with the critical tasks of defining goals and objectives, developing and endorsing transformation plans, overseeing the implementation of projects, and evaluating the outcomes of the Company's ransformation efforts.
