A pilot program to implement tighter and more systematic project management standards was launched for projects under the digital strategy. To support this initiative, BCG consultants conducted workshops for colleagues from the IT Department and the Production Automation Department on the topics of project management basics and project management processes. The goal of the workshop was to provide an overview of accepted project management processes.
The advantages of applying the project management system include: reducing project implementation timelines, obtaining required results and up-to-date information on project implementation in real time, assigning correct responsibilities for each project process, fostering active collaboration among participants, and ensuring all information is exchanged using standardized document templates.
To properly cement and strengthen the implementation of the project management system, corporate regulations governing project management processes have also been developed with methodological support from BCG consultants.
