A festive event dedicated to March 8 – International Women's Day

Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company, being a socially responsible company, pays great attention to supporting women working at the enterprise, encouraging the skills of talented, enterprising women.

March 8 – International Women’s Day is widely celebrated in the units of the company. The work of the women of the company and their contribution to the development of the enterprise are celebrated, the leaders of the industry are adequately encouraged at the events.

On March 7, there was held a festive event for women who work at JSC Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company, “NMMC Fund” State Organization, Navoi State Mining and Technological University, at the Palace of Culture “Farhad” in Navoi city. At the celebration, chairman of the Management Board – CEO of JSC NMMC K. Sanakulov sincerely congratulated the women of the enterprises on the holiday. 

In the holiday greetings, it was noted that today more than 6 thousand women work at the company, among which 40 are holders of high state awards. Also this year, Maksuda Kudratova, a laboratory assistant at the Zarmitan mine of Southern Mining Administration, was awarded the badge “Mutabar ayol”.

A group of women was awarded the badge “NMMC’s Veteran” and at the event.

The concert program, presented by the creative teams and performers of the Palace of Culture “Farhad”, presented the participants of the event with festive mood.
