Practical workshop on labor relations issues

There was held a practical workshop for the company’s employees on the application of labor relations standards of the new edition of the Labor Code at the company’s Training Center in Navoi city.

This seminar was organized by the HR Department together with the Transformation Department and with the participation of representatives of the international legal consulting company Dentons.

During the seminar, various practical examples of labor relations between employer and employee were examined, as well as the role of the trade union in the process of regulating labor relations.

The seminar participants exchanged opinions and also discussed the most frequently encountered issues from their practice and the possibility of resolving them in accordance with labor legislation.
