Communication and presentations skills trainings at Navoi Gold

As part of the program for skills and competencies improvement and organizational development of JSC NMMC, the Transformation Department with the involvement of consultants of Boston Consulting Group (BCG) organized a series of trainings on the “Basics of preparing and compiling effective presentations”.

On January 16, the introductory part of these trainings took place, which aroused great interest among company’s employees. The purpose of the trainings is to develop the competencies of high-quality communication and transfer of information – to help Navoi Gold colleagues effectively communicate with stakeholders both within the company and with external partners, including internationally.

“Today, the skill of creating presentations and the ability to highlight the main points from a huge amount of information is a basic requirement for a modern professional. These trainings are relevant for all employees of the company, and we believe that completing training on this topic will allow each participant to master the necessary skill of building communications,” – said M. Mirzajanov, chief specialist of the Transformation Department.
