A meeting of the Management Council of Navoi Gold

A meeting of the Management Council of Navoi Gold dedicated to the interim results of the activities of Boston Consulting Group (BCG), engaged to implementation of Transformation Program’s initiatives was held in the Head office in Navoi.

The meeting was attended by key managers of the Company and BCG consultants. During the meeting, a report of the Transformation and Digitalization Department specialists on the key areas of the Transformation Program of Navoi Gold and the list of projects proposed for further implementation was heard.

In order to ensure the effective implementation of the ongoing program, as well as based on the results of discussions and heard the report of specialists, the Management  Council decided to start detailed elaboration and planning of work on the projects proposed for implementation with wider involvement of the enterprise specialists.

The Management Council is a specially created body responsible for setting goals and objectives, formation and approval of the transformation strategy and implementation of projects within its framework, as well as evaluation and acceptance of the results of the transformation of Navoi Gold.
