The training for the company's management

On October 1-3, in Navoi city the training for the management of JSC Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company has been organized by representatives of the Center for Strategic Research of the Institute for Mathematical Studies of Complex Systems of the Lomonosov Moscow State University. 

In the training were participated also the delegates of Mining academic lyceum and Navoi State Mining and Technological University.

The trading aimed at forming a set of theoretical, methodological knowledge of the basics of strategy with focus on stages of strategy development and implementation, strategic management and strategic leadership. The relevance of the training on strategic management is determined by its high importance in the formation of a long-term vector of development JSC NMMC in accordance with the general strategy of the mining industry and economic development of the country as a whole.

An important milestone during the visit of representatives of the Center for Strategic Studies was the signing of the Agreement on the establishment of the Department of Industrial Strategy between the Department of Economic and Financial Strategy of the Center for Strategic Studies, Navoi State Mining and Technological University and JSC Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company.

It should be noted that bilateral cooperation between Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company and the Center for Strategic Research of the Institute for Mathematical Studies of Complex Systems of Moscow State University was established as a result of the visit of these specialists to JSC NMMC in February of this year.
