Representatives of Anti-Corruption Agency visited NMMC

The working group headed by the Director of Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. Burkhanov studied the state of work in Navoi region carried out in the field of anti-corruption.

In order to get acquainted with the production processes of JSC Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company, representatives of the working group visited one of the world’s largest gold mines – the Muruntau mine and Hydrometallurgical Plant №2.

Representatives of the working group headed by the Director of Anti-Corruption Agency A. Burkhanov, were familiarized with the process of gold mining at the Muruntau mine and the work of the Unified situational production control center at the Central Mining Administration, which is located at HMP-2. As noted, the main task of this center is to fully control, analyze and manage the processes of geological exploration, ore mining, transportation and processing at hydrometallurgical plants.

Representatives of the working group especially noted that Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company has a high level of digitalization of production processes, and modern information technologies have been widely introduced at the enterprise.
