The company actively participated in the regional intersectoral industrial fair

On September 7-8th, 2023, there was held a regional intersectoral industrial fair with the participation of enterprises from the mining and metallurgical, electrical, energy, chemical industries and the field of building materials in Navoi city. JSC Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company actively participated in this fair.

At the opening of this fair, the chairman of the Board - General Director of NMMC K. Sanakulov spoke about the large-scale work carried out by the company to consistently implement the localization program, produce competitive import-substituting products, increase the output of new types of products, further expand industrial cooperation.

In particular, the company plans to produce localized products worth 621.3 billion soums this year. For eight months of this year, a reduction in the volume of imports was achieved due to the production of goods by 435.4 billion soums on 163 projects. In order to expand cooperative relations between the company and local producers, technological cooperation was successfully introduced - the “towed” mechanism. Today, together with small enterprises, more than 100 new types of products are being developed for the production needs of the company. For eight months of 2023, as part of intersectoral cooperation, the company purchased products from local manufacturers for 3.6 trillion soums.
