The development of personnel competencies is on the agenda

As part of the implementation of the Transformation program of NMMC, the Transformation Department organized a training for the employees of the company on the topic: “Optimization of business processes through the application of the continuous improvement approach (“Kaizen”).

The approach of continuous process improvement (“Kaizen”) became the key to the success of Japanese companies in the second half of the 20th century, and many of the world's leading companies adapted the Japanese experience for themselves. One of the basic principles of this approach is to achieve results through properly built processes: “The right process leads to the right results”.

The training touched upon the basic principles of the continuous improvement approach using examples of the practical use of improving both production and auxiliary processes of the company. During the training, the participants also performed practical tasks, participated in the discussion of issues that are in the processes of their daily activities, and proposals for their solution.

Short-term trainings on topical issues of developing the competencies of NMMC personnel are planned to be held on a regular basis.
