Digital technologies are being introduced into production

In order to develop the digital economy and the widespread introduction of modern information and communication technologies in all sectors and spheres, “Digital Uzbekistan 2030 strategy” is being consistently implemented in Uzbekistan.

A program has been adopted to implement this strategy at Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company, and the enterprise is implementing a number of projects to introduce digital technologies into production processes. The specialists of the company have developed many information systems that perform tasks in such areas as transport, production, finance, personnel, logistics, energy management, scheduled maintenance, accounting.

In particular, in 2022, the programmers of IT Center of NMMC developed and successfully implemented more than 15 information systems. One of them is the Medical Examination information system, which has created a number of amenities for employees. It is known that the production processes at the enterprise are organized in shifts, medical examinations of workers take place at the beginning and at the end of each shift. At the same time, a lot of time and manual labor is required to process information about the results of their medical examination. As a result of the automation of these processes, the time spent on medical examinations has been significantly reduced.

The introduction of modern IT into production, ensuring the continuity and stability of automation processes brings an economic effect. Most importantly, such significant results are achieved thanks to the knowledge and work of local staff.
