Employees participate in labor protection trainings

The constant improvement of the knowledge of employees on labor protection and safety is important in the units of Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company.

In particular, in the first half of June, the Central Mining Administration organizes trainings for employees on the “Order System” and maintaining normative and technical documentation on labor protection. Managers and engineering and technical employees participate in the trainings, which are held in Zarafshan city by representatives of the Main department of occupational health and safety of JSC NMMC.

At the ongoing trainings, employees are given detailed explanations about the essence of the “Order System”, the procedure for its implementation and registration, the duties of officials in organizing work, monitoring work performed, the procedure for maintaining normative and technical documentation on labor protection and other topics.  

At this meeting, the revealed violations of the requirements of the Rules of labor protection were discussed and recommendations were given for their prevention. Other issues in the field of labor protection were also considered.
