Changes and additions have been made to the Collective Agreement
There was held a conference of the labor collective of JSC Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company at the company’s office. The conference discussed the implementation of the current Collective Agreement for 2022, as well as the introduction of changes and additions to the Collective Agreement based on the requirements of Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan,which entered into force on April 30th, 2023, and other issues.
The reports of the Chairman of the Management Board – Director General of JSC NMMC K. Sanakulov and the Chairman of the Council of the Trade Union I. Rakhmatov on the results of the implementation of the Collective Agreement in 2022 were heard. The reports focused on the fulfillment of obligations specified in the Collective Agreement, the work done in the social and economic spheres, the results achieved and plans for the future.
There were heard informations from the Deputy General Director for personnel and administrative issues K. Taparov on the act of bilateral verification of the implementation of the company’s Collective Agreement in 2022, the protocols of the Central commission on changes and additions to the draft Collective Agreement, the director for labor protection, industrial safety and ecology A. Cherdantsev on the state of accidents at work and the adoption of an agreement on labor protection for 2023.
Also there were considered the issue of introducing a number of changes and additions to the current Collective Agreement of NMMC JSC in accordance with the Labor Code.
According to the final decision, the delegates of the conference recognized the work of the administration of the company and the Trade Union Council in the implementation of the Collective Agreement in 2022 as satisfactory, and also supported the changes and additions made to the current Collective Agreement.
