The unit processes precious metals

 

Today, Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company extracts and processes precious metals at the Auminzo-Amantoy mine, located in the Kyzylkum desert.

Since 2017, the Heap leaching unit has been operating on the basis of this mine. In this unit, a number of technological processes are carried out for the leaching of precious metals from ore mined in the Nukrakon quarry of the Auminzo-Amantai mine, and a semi-finished product is obtained in the form of an alloy of gold and silver. The semi-finished product for refining is delivered to the Hydrometallurgical Plant №2.

The skills and experience of employees, specialists and managers are of great importance in the timely implementation of established plans. At present, about 200 employees work in this unit. The unit’s staff consists mainly of young people under the age of 30.
