The practical effectiveness of the correct organization of work

The transport has a great importance at Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company. The Automobile Transport Department of the Northern Mining Administration is one of the largest and most modern technologically advanced automobile transport enterprises of the company.

To date, the department consists of 2 sections and 4 convoys, where about 1.5 thousand employees work. The main task of the enterprise is the transportation of gold ore mined at the Eastern and Daugyztau mines to Hydrometallurgical plant №3. More than 200 pieces of mining equipment and vehicles are widely used in this.

One of the great achievements of the Automobile Transport Department is that its activities are fully automated. The entire working process, indicators of ore transportation, the movement of equipment, the amount of fuel in the fuel tanks of vehicles are monitored around the clock. Also, in order to effectively use working time, quickly eliminate the identified defects in the equipment, a mobile technical service was organized, which allows to perform work smoothly.

In 2018, the transportation of rock mass by the department amounted to 43.8 million cubic meters, and in 2022 this figure was increased to 70.5 million cubic meters. If in 2018 efficiency was achieved by 14.7 billion soums to reduce costs by saving fuel and lubricants and spare parts, then in 2022 this figure amounted to 66.2 billion soums. This year, it is planned to increase the transportation of rock mass to 73 million cubic meters.

The correct organization of labor, the rational use of technology, the digitalization of the work process, the widespread introduction of innovative and rationalization developments into activities are proof that the enterprise is on the path of development.
