An innovative approach is applied in personnel training

Ensuring labor protection and safety is important at Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company.

There was held a presentation on the topic "Innovative technologies and modern training process" in the direction of labor protection and safety at the Training Center of JSC NMMC in Zarafshan city. Specialists, masters of training and production training of the Central Mining Administration participated at the event.

In the presentation, special attention was paid to the fact that the correct and effective introduction of innovative technologies related to labor protection and safety into production depends on the potential of personnel, and pedagogical technologies are important in training personnel.

Speaking at the event, the director of the Training Center O. Khaydarov noted that in the process of training personnel in the field of labor protection and safety, the organization of a training system based on innovative technologies has been established.

In particular, at the beginning of this year, 1 video monitor, 4 multifunctional interactive whiteboards and dummies with an electronic first aid system were brought to the Training Center. By the end of the year, it is planned to deliver another 16 interactive whiteboards.

The main purpose of this is to increase the knowledge of employees on labor protection and safety, to prevent possible accidents at work.
