Increasing the competencies of employees is an urgent task
The constant pursuit of new knowledge and the use of modern approaches to the improvement of competencies always remain a priority in the development of JSC NMMC.
The need to use full-fledged approaches for the system development of employees becomes especially urgent in the framework of NMMC’s transformation. In this regard, on February 21-22, 2023, Transformation Department with the participation of consultants from Boston Consulting Group (BCG) held trainings on: "Setting goals and personal effectiveness" and "Economic evaluation of initiatives" in the Training Center of JSC NMMC in Navoi city.
The main purpose of the trainings was to get a clear picture of the internal business processes, prioritization of work, the sequence of steps to achieve the goals, as well as to ensure understanding and effective interaction between the business units of the company. Trainings were held in an interactive format, where each participant had the opportunity to exchange information with colleagues, as well as to do practical exercises in groups.
The uniqueness of these trainings is that now each employee can independently take them at any convenient time from a personal computer or in their free time from a mobile device. Employees are offered an online e-learning format for self-study.
"I have always been interested in learning new approaches to gaining knowledge. Therefore, when the opportunity presented itself to undergo training on the topic: "Personal effectiveness and goal setting", I, of course, took it. For me participation in the program means new competencies and their practical application in my work" - shared the impressions Deputy Chief Accountant Nargiza Zhamilova.
"As the head of IT direction, I often take part in realization of business processes automation projects, but I didn't have such understanding how these processes influence the final financial result. The training on "Assessment of economic initiatives" allowed us to look at the tasks we implement more broadly and taking into account many factors. It was very useful, I also plan to take this training in an online format to consolidate the knowledge" - said at the end of the training, Bakhriddin Bozorov, deputy head of information and computer technology.
JSC NMMC is aimed at further improvement of the professional potential of its employees in an interactive format with the involvement of the best internal and external trainers.
