A unified situational center was launched

To date, JSC Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company is carrying out large-scale work to introduce digital technologies, modern information systems and software products into production processes.

Innovative solutions implemented by the company’s specialists in this area serve to integrate the activities of enterprises, traffic into a single information space, create a database, and reduce production costs.

Recently, there was launched a unified situational production control center at the Central Mining Administration. The main task of this center, which is located at Hydrometallurgical plant №2, is to fully control, analyze and manage the processes of geological exploration, ore mining, transportation and processing at hydrometallurgical plants.

10 video monitors installed in this center make it possible to conduct online monitoring of the activities of the Central Mining Administration, traffic and work coordination, as well as quickly identify and eliminate possible problems. At the moment, the center has a round-the-clock work schedule, where more than ten qualified specialists are constantly working.

Widespread introduction of IT in NMMC ensures an increase in the quality and efficiency of work, a reduction in the human factor, a reduction in costs, and the prevention of production downtime.
