Practical work on personnel training by example Northern mining administration

Joint Stock Company Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company is carrying out large-scale work on training, education, retraining and improving skills of personnel.

To date, the company has 5 training centers, one of which is located in Uchkuduk city. This training center has established systematic work on professional training, retraining and improving skills of employees of Northern mining administration.

In particular, in 2022, 2 698 employees underwent training, retraining and improving skills at this training center. More than 250 of them were trained in such professions as an excavator operator, a heavy-duty mining dump truck driver, a drilling rig operator, a crane operator.

Students of the Monocenter in Navoi city, which was opened with the support of JSC NMMC in order to create a new system of vocational training for the population and train mid-level specialists, undergo industrial practice in the units of Northern mining administration. As a result, 186 citizens who completed training at the Monocenter and received a special certificate last year were employed in the mining administration.

The work carried out at the company for the training of engineering personnel, including educating and retraining of personnel, is proof that employees are the main wealth of the enterprise.
