Invention and rationalization proposals serve the economic development of the company

Today, in a competitive conditions Joint Stock Company Navoi Mining and Metallurgical company is carrying out large-scale work in the areas of invention and rationalization.

In order to encourage invention, young people and innovators, the enterprise organized the contests "Best inventor", "Best young innovator", "Best innovative idea and rationalization proposal", and also clubs of innovators were opened in all units.

In 2011-2021, the specialists of the company received patents from Uzbekistan, Russia, Ukraine, Germany and Switzerland for 37 inventions. To date, 16 of them are involved in the production process, and work is underway on 12 of them. The economic efficiency obtained from inventions created over 10 years has exceeded 1 trillion 244 billion soums.

In addition, the work carried out in the direction of rationalization is also worthy of recognition. In 2018, 97 rationalization proposals were developed, in 2019 – 113, in 2020 – 187, in 2021 – 206, which are fully implemented in production. And according to these proposals, the company achieved economic efficiency of 183.2 billion soums in 2019-2021.
