JSC NMMC participates in the 4th Uzbekistan International Mining & Metals Forum

There is being held the 4th Uzbekistan International Mining & Metals Forum  (UIMF 2022) in Tashkent as part of the 16th MiningMetals Uzbekistan 2022 International Exhibition for Mining, Metallurgy and Metalworking held on November 2-4, 2022.

The theme of this forum is: modern trends in development of geological, mining and metallurgical industries. The Forum’s program includes discussions of the current trends in development of the geological, mining and metallurgical industries, prospects for exploration and development of new deposits, ESG-agenda in the mining and metallurgical industry, digital development, and more.

More than 250 representatives from Uzbekistan, Australia, Austria, Great Britain, Germany, Ireland, Canada, Kazakhstan, China, Russia, France participate in the forum.

On November 2, at the 4th Uzbekistan International Mining & Metals Forum a special session was presented for the first time with the participation of representatives of the Joint-Stock Company Navoi Mining and Metallurgical company.  

First Deputy General Director for transformation, member of the Management Board of JSC NMMC Evgeniy Antonov, director for resources of JSC NMMC Lyubov Egorova, chief geologist of JSC NMMC Sergey Rudnev, head of IT Department of JSC NMMC Bakhodir Davlatov, head of Production automation department of JSC NMMC Vohidjon Pulatov participated at this session.

It discussed the issues of large-scale transformation of the company, management of mineral resources in accordance with international requirements and standards, increasing the efficiency of production and auxiliary processes using digital solutions.
