The reporting and election Conference of the Trade union of NMMC’s employees for 2017-2022 was held

On October 28, 2022, there was held the reporting and election Conference of the Trade union of Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company’s employees for 2017-2022 at the Palace of Culture Farkhad in Navoi city.  

This Conference was attended by the chairman of the Board - General Director of JSC Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company K. Sanakulov, chairman of the Council of the Trade inion of NMMC’s employees I. Rakhmatov, deputy chairman of the Federation of Trade unions of Uzbekistan A. Khadzhibaev, as well as delegates elected from the units of the enterprise.

A number of issues were considered on the agenda of the reporting and election Conference. In particular, the report of the chairman of the Council of the Trade inion of NMMC’s employees I. Rakhmatov was heard on the results of work over the past five years, the work done to fulfill the tasks stipulated by the Collective Agreement, protect the socio-economic interests and rights of employees in the labor sphere, improve their health and other important areas. 

Also the report of the control and audit commission of the Council of the Trade inion of NMMC’s employees for 2017-2022 was heard. The Conference gave a positive assessment of the work of the Council over the past five years.

In accordance with the established procedure, the composition and chairman of the Council of the Trade inion of NMMC’s employees were elected. Israil Rakhmatov was re-elected chairman of the Council of the Trade inion of NMMC’s employees.  

According to the agenda of the Conference, the members of the control and audit commission of the Council of the Trade inion of NMMC’s employees were also elected.
