A meeting with representatives of the international company was held

Recently, there was held a meeting between the management of JSC NMMC and representatives of the international company Boston Consulting Group (BCG), dedicated to the development of the digital transformation strategy for the Joint-Stock Company Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company, at the Office of JSC NMMC.

 

As noted at the meeting, the digital transformation of JSC NMMC is being implemented as part of large-scale reform and modernization of key industries in Uzbekistan. It is aimed at improving operational efficiency by optimizing production and auxiliary processes using digital solutions, as well as laying the foundation for the transformation of NMMC into a modern high-tech company with positive long-term prospects. NMMC digital transformation program, which consists of three phases, is designed until the end of 2025, and the preparatory work will take place this year.

It was also noted at the meeting that NMMC’s significant digital projects include automation of financial reporting, payroll, personnel records and procurement activities based on the 1C platform, the introduction of production automation systems as part of commissioned hydrometallurgical plants, etc.

In addition, at the meeting, the management of the company and representatives of BCG discussed in detail the stages of implementing the digital transformation of the enterprise.
