Information about the developed draft legal documents

In accordance with paragraph №5 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan №269 “On measures to implement administrative reforms of New Uzbekistan” dated December 21, 2022, letter of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan № 11/42-1/280 dated February 16, 2023:

- organizations with state participation and business associations submit draft regulations and other issues to the Cabinet of Ministers through the minister or the head of another independent executive body implementing state policy in the relevant area.

In this regard, we inform that JSC NMMC does not submit draft regulatory legal acts for discussion directly by interdepartmental agreement and electronic systems (portals, platforms).
